Carolina Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Inc. (COSM), is located in New Bern, North Carolina , which sits in the confluence of the Neuse and Trent Rivers about 35 miles from the Crystal Coast Beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. It has many historical landmarks dating back the eighteenth century to include Tryon Palace which was the home of the first Governor of North Carolina.
