Adam is originally from Birmingham, AL. He received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Spanish Literature and Spanish Culture in 2011 and then a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2013 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After graduating, Adam and his family moved out west to Clovis, NM to work in a hospital outpatient setting for 3 ½ years. While in Clovis, NM Adam gained experience and a passion for upper extremity and hand rehabilitation. While there Adam was a clinical instructor for OT and OTA students from universities in New Mexico and Texas and became a qualified medical interpreter. Adam and his family returned to the southeast area in September 2017 to work full-time with Carolina Orthopedics. Adam is currently working toward his certification in hand therapy. Adam also enjoys spending time with his wife and children, art, photography, and the outdoors.
