AnnMarie Crose is a native of eastern NC. After becoming a certified athletic trainer in 2003, she earned a master's degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 2005. She is licensed in NC and has experience in a variety of settings. After receiving her license, she spent six years working at Lenoir Memorial Hospital on the acute post-surgical floor of the rehab department, skilled nursing unit, and outpatient departments. While she was there, she developed and implemented an Animal Assisted Therapy Program which was one of the first of its kind at the time. She has an affinity for post-surgical patients and has spent the last eight years working in the outpatient setting in eastern NC. 

AnnMarie specializes in joint replacement, post-concussion, and vestibular rehab along with sports medicine injury rehabilitation. She is Mckenzie trained for the mechanical diagnosis and treatment of joint, neck, and back pain. She was also certified by the Cayce- Reilly institute in Virginia for myofascial release of the upper and lower body.  AnnMarie was FMT certified in 2019 as well. She is a clinical instructor and enjoys working with PT and PTA students. Being a physical therapist is a gift and she is thankful to have the opportunity to help others get back to what is important to them. AnnMarie and her husband are part of the church leadership at One Harbor in Swansboro and they spend most of their time outside of work serving their community and enjoying coastal NC's outdoor amenities.
