Caitlin recently moved to North Carolina with her fiancé from the beautiful state of CO. She attended Colorado State University for her undergraduate studies and then went on to receive a Master of Science in Biomechanics at the University of Northern CO in 2012. In 2016 Caitlin attended Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA where she participated in their dual degree program and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and her second Master of Science in Athletic Training. She has completed clinical internships at a variety of settings including the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, United States Air Force Academy and at sports performance clinics in Denver, CO. Throughout school and her internships, Caitlin developed an interest with the athletic population, specifically dealing with injury prevention and concussions. She began a full-time position with Carolina Orthopedics in January of 2017, where she splits her hours working in the physical therapy clinic, as well as being the athletic trainer for Pamlico County High School. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys doing anything outdoors, cheering on the Denver Broncos and Chicago Cubs, and getting to spend time with family.
