I grew up in Swansboro, NC and Okinawa, Japan being apart of a local military family. I attended North Carolina States University graduating with a BS degree in Biological Sciences, Human Biology and minor in Sports Science. Later, attended Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO and received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. After certification, I was employed by a Travel Therapy company with clinical experience in Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation 130 bed facility with an additional Alzheimer unit in Shallotte, NC. Inpatient Rehabilitation 20 bed facility with additional float to acute care in Nacogdoches, TX. Outpatient setting with a variety range of ages and diagnosis in Orangeburg, SC. I began a full-time position with Carolina Orthopedics in January of 2018, where I enjoy working closely with physicians and nurses to rehabilitate surgical and non-surgical patients. In my free time, I love to spend time with family, church activities, playing soccer, participating in sprint triathlons, traveling local and internationally, and staying active outdoors.
