Patricia, who prefers to be called Tricia, is originally from Oak Hill, West Virginia. She received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from High Point University and went on to graduate from James Madison University with her Master’s in Occupational Therapy. After graduating, Tricia worked with several travel companies in Texas, Virginia, Arkansas, and Maryland in outpatient pediatrics, acute care, school-based care, and acute rehabilitation for adults. The variety of settings lasted until Tricia was offered a job in outpatient hand therapy, where she gained knowledge and experience and discovered her passion for upper extremity rehabilitation. She enjoys the challenges and unique opportunities within this area of concentration. Tricia began working full time at Carolina Orthopedics in 2018. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, beach combing, reading, and playing golf.
