Steve has been a Physical Therapist since 1999. In 1991 he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the State University College of Potsdam in New York. Steve also received a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1998. He started his career in Maryland where he worked in outpatient clinical settings. During that time he became certified in Sports Metrics (ACL injury prevention for the female athlete) and took a variety of courses to expand his professional skill set. While working for a private group he took on the role of Marketing Director. In his four years with the company, he successfully expanded the caseload at the clinics, increased community awareness of the name and helped the company win the Chamber of Commerce Beacon Award for 2005. Since his move to North Carolina, Steve has been focused on achieving a Diploma as an Osteopractor which focuses on manual skills. With this Diploma, he will be certified in Dry Needling, spinal/joint manipulation and soft tissue manipulation. He continues to be a Clinical instructor for the PT/PTA students that come from a variety of schools around the region. Steve and his lovely wife, Tricia, enjoy spending time with their three girls who play soccer, volleyball and gymnastics.
